Ecoreal buys in Turgi and Neuhausen
Ecoreal has acquired two office properties for the Suisseselect investment group. The properties are fully leased and are located in Turgi and Neuhausen am Rheinfall.
The Ecoreal investment foundation is expanding the portfolio of the Suisseselect investment group by CHF 25 million. According to Ecoreal, office properties in Turgi (AG) and Neuhausen am Rheinfall (SH) have been purchased that are fully leased and have lease terms of up to ten years.
The single tenant of the property in Neuhausen am Rheinfall is Trapeze Switzerland GmbH, with whom a ten-year lease exists. The building is currently being renovated by the seller for the tenant; in the future, it will be powered by photovoltaics and district heating.
The office building in Turgi, between Baden and Brugg, is also already heated with fossil-free district heating. Here, there is the possibility of extending the building with an attic storey, Ecoreal reports. (ah)
