Procimmo 56 expands its portfolio in the canton of Vaud
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 has acquired a plot of land in Gland (VD). An industrial and office building is to be constructed there.
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 (Procimmo 56) has purchased a 6,760 sqm plot on the Route des Avouillons in Gland (VD). The purchase price was CHF 4.6 million. The fund intends to build a new building on the site from the end of 2022. An industrial and office building with 8,500 sqm of leasable space is planned.
Procimmo 56 has net fund assets of CHF 356.3 million (as of the end of December 2021). It invests primarily in commercial properties in western Switzerland, in particular commercial and industrial properties located in easily accessible, economically active locations outside city centers. (ah)
