Canton Solothurn: Belano plans 72 apartments in Grenchen

The Belano Group, as developer and investor, is planning three apartment buildings on Girardstrasse in Grenchen. The tallest of the buildings will have seven floors, with apartment sizes ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms. The serviced apartments are intended for senior citizens, among others, and will be managed with a common reception and cafeteria as well as a fitness area under the Belano Zuhause brand. In one of the houses, a commercial area of 316 m² is planned on the first floor. The architect is Reto Mosimann of ssm Architekten in Grenchen. According to Belano, the investment volume is approximately CHF 33 million. (aw)
