Alfred Müller AG has developed a new residential project for the Salesianum site in Zug and submitted the building application for it in mid-July. The project will create 60 new condominiums in eight buildings on the Zug lakefront.

The history of the project is long and goes back to 2008. After numerous obstacles and twists, Alfred Müller AG had last submitted a building application in May 2021, but withdrew it after another objection. In March, the company announced a new building application for the summer - with 56 apartments, as it said at the time.

This time, the company sees itself on the safe side with its plans. "The people of Zug have twice said a clear 'yes' to new housing being built on the Salesianum site," the company writes in a statement. (aw)
