Canton Lucerne: Anliker plans 141 apartments in Kriens
The building application has been available at the municipality of Kriens since August 2. The designs are by Manetsch Meyer Architekten.
At Mattenplatz in Kriens (Canton Lucerne), Gesellschaft für Immobilien-Anlagewerte AG is planning a development with 141 apartments. The subsidiary of Anliker AG, which is acting as general contractor, expects completion in 2024. The designs are by Manetsch Meyer Architekten AG from Zurich. The building application is open to the municipality of Kriens until August 22. The complex will include both rental and owner-occupied apartments as well as commercial space. (aw)
