Konnex Baden: Coworking operator Office LAB leases 2,800 sqm

So far, Office LAB operates six locations. The new location "Pioneer City" strengthens the already established presence in Baden (AG). Since August 2022, Office Lab has been using 800 sqm for interim rental; in January 2024, the company will then move into a total area of over 2,800 sqm and, in addition to its coworking space, will take over the entire conferencing and event management for Konnex.

Konnex at Brown Boveri Strasse 7 in Baden will be completely renovated by the end of 2024. The complex will offer 35,000 square meters of coworking and conferencing space as well as additional office space, serviced apartments and restaurant space. (aw)
