Investment foundation 1291 realizes superstructure in Wil
In Wil (SG), 1291 Die Anlagestiftung has acquired the land for a superstructure with 4,500 commercial rental spaces and 100 apartments.
1291 The Swiss investment foundation has notarized the land for its new construction project in Wil (SG). For the investment group "Sustainable Real Estate Projects Switzerland", a residential and commercial property will be realized at Untere Bahnhofstrasse 1-11 with over 4,500 sqm of rental space on the first floor as well as on the second floor. From the second floor onwards, over 100 residential units with 7,400 sqm of living space are planned.
The development, located directly at the Wil train station, will be realized as a 2000-watt site and with Minergie certification. Completion is scheduled for spring 2026, and the asset value is estimated at CHF 90 million. Thuravita AG is the tenant for one fifth of the future rental space.
