Steiner AG receives building permit for Nido development in Ostermundigen
Construction work on the Nido timber construction project in Ostermundigen is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2023. Twenty apartments will be built.
Steiner AG has received the building permit for the Nido residential development in Ostermundigen (BE). The project comprises 20 condominiums in timber construction. Sales have already started for the residential units, which are expected to be ready for occupation in fall 2024.
However, construction work on Ostermundiger Rütiweg will not start until the second quarter of 2023 due to delivery times for prefabricated wooden building elements. Studios, 2.5- and 3.5-room apartments with a room height of 2.70 m will be built. The Bern train station can be reached from Ostermundingen by bus in 20 minutes, Biel or Thun are 30 minutes away.
