UBS AST-IS buys residential property in Versoix
UBS AST Real Estate Switzerland has acquired a residential property with 26 units in Versoix (GE). The building has a building permit for an extension.
The eight-story residential property is part of the large "Grand-Montfleury" development and dates back to 1979. There is a building permit for an extension project for it and ten other properties within the development. Construction work on the UBS AST-IS property is scheduled to begin in mid-2023. They provide for three additional apartments, which will be heated with a heat pump and thus achieve a Minergie-P label. (aw)
