Maillard Groupe opens site in Montreux
The real estate service provider Maillard Groupe from Western Switzerland has opened a branch office in Montreux. The company also intends to acquire land in the region in order to develop its own projects.
Earlier this month, Maillard Groupe opened an office on Rue de la Gare in Montreux to increase its exposure to the Riviera/Chablais region. The site manager is Jonathan Sénezergues, who has been working for the company since 2019.
The new branch brings the company closer to its goal of covering the entire canton of Vaud with a branch office for each region. Until now, the real estate group has been represented in Yverdon and Nyon in addition to its headquarters in Lausanne. With the recent opening in Montreux, it is now represented in the four largest cities of the canton, the Maillard Groupe informs.
The company also hopes to soon be able to acquire land in the region in order to further expand its own real estate development projects, it said. (ah)
