UBS Sima buys Younic residential project in Dübendorf
With the Younic development, two building complexes with a total of 228 apartments are being built in Dübendorf. The real estate fund UBS Sima has acquired the project.
With the transfer of ownership on September 22, 2022, UBS fund Sima has acquired the Younic residential development project in Dübendorf (ZH). The investment volume is CHF 196 million, UBS says. Gross income as of completion is estimated at CHF 5.6 million.
The project comprises two building complexes with a total of 228 apartments and a parking garage with 150 parking spaces. The total floor space is 17,000 square meters, with just under 450 square meters earmarked for commercial use. The goal is to certify the property with the SNBS Gold sustainability label upon completion, UBS added.
Excavation has taken place and occupation of the apartments is planned for early 2025. (ah)
