Cartier leases in Zurich's Modissa building
The supplier of luxury watches and jewelry is a pop-up tenant on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich. SPGI Zurich brokered the lease.
The real estate service provider SPGI Zurich, which has been exclusively commissioned by the owner Silberhof AG to market the retail space at Bahnhofstrasse 74 in Zurich, has a leasing success to report: For the Christmas season, Cartier will be a pop-up tenant in the so-called Modissa building.
From November 19 and until Christmas, Cartier will occupy 500 sqm of space on the first floor and second floor of the property. (ah)
