Topping out for HRS project in St. Gallen
HRS is building a residential complex with city apartments on Zwinglistrasse in St. Gallen. The building is scheduled for completion next year.
At a central location in St. Gallen, HRS as investor, project developer and total contractor is building a residential complex with 17 town apartments (2.5 to 5 rooms), a commercial space and a single-family house (5.5 rooms). The 19,500 sqm site was formerly home to the Rex cinema.
A distinctive feature of the development are the large outdoor spaces of the apartments, they range from 8 sqm to 115 sqm. The garden of the terraced house is 218 sqm. The sale prices start from 570,000 CHF. As can be seen from the project website, all of the apartments have already been sold - except for one, which is reserved.
HRS puts the total cost of the project at CHF 15 million. Completion is scheduled for 2023. (ah)
