The Lucerne City Council has decided to grant building rights for commercial land in Ibach. The development area in Lucerne North benefits from its proximity to the highway and the new district at Seetalplatz. It offers attractive development potential for companies, the city council says.

Specifically, this involves a 5,600-square-meter plot of land. The city refers to a volume study it commissioned: according to this, more than 10,000 sqm of floor space could be created there. "This can create modular buildings with flexible floor plans that are very suitable as commercial or office space."

Interested parties have until February 28, 2023 to submit an offer for the building lease and a development concept in which they present their project. (ah)
