HRS Investment plans quarter in Rorschacherberg
HRS Investment wants to build a large residential development in the Neuhus area of the Lake Constance community of Rorschacherberg. A decision on the sale of the land will be made shortly.
HRS Investment wants to buy three plots of land with a total area of more than 30,000 square meters from the municipality of Rorschacherberg and the corporation Vierhöfe in order to realize a residential project there. The company won an investor tender with its concept and prevailed against ten competitors.
The Ville Verte project envisions several apartment buildings and an anticipated eight terraced single-family homes. About 45 condominiums and 92 rental apartments are planned, including apartments for the elderly. Furthermore, there will be premises for childcare or school purposes and common rooms for the residents.
The municipal council has voted in favor of selling the three plots of land to HRS Investment at a price of CHF 22 million. On November 27, the voters will decide on the sale. (ah)
