Hombrechtikon: New retirement center completed
After two years of construction, the first of the two planned new buildings of the Breitlen retirement center in Hombrechtikon (ZH) was opened.
The new building includes 50 single rooms of the dementia department with 30 sqm each and a cafeteria. After the move, the existing retirement center will be demolished and the second new building with 24 additional senior apartments and offices for Spitex Hombrechtikon will be realized by 2024.
Emch+Berger ImmoConsult AG acted as the client's representative. Together with Alterszentrum Breitlen AG, it will also realize the second stage. (aw)
