Laying of the foundation stone for Realstone project in Winterthur
In Winterthur's Neuhegi district, the Realstone RSF real estate fund is realizing a residential and commercial property.
The foundation stone has been laid for the Haus Weiler project in the Neuhegi district of Winterthur. The Realstone RSF fund is building a property with 108 apartments (2.5 to 4.5 rooms) and 615 square meters of commercial space. The building should be ready for occupancy in December 2024. It is located in a car-free zone; the historic center of Winterthur can be reached in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle via a bike path. The Winterthur Hegi SBB train station is in the immediate vicinity.
The project represents a total projected investment of CHF 65.66 million, Realstone says. It improves the fund's diversification in the canton of Zurich and helps to reduce the average CO2 emissions per square meter of its real estate portfolio. (ah)
