Geneva: Office and retail property changes hands for 200 million

The Turidomus investment foundation is acquiring the property in downtown Geneva as part of a sale-and-leaseback transaction.

The Turidomus investment foundation has acquired a property on Rue du Rhône in downtown Geneva. The property comprises 8,200 sqm of office and retail space, has been completely renovated and meets current ESG standards. The investment volume is over CHF 200 million, making it the largest single transaction of 2022, according to stakeholders.

Turidomus acquired the property as part of a sale-and-leaseback deal. According to information from IMMOBILIEN Business, the seller is Credit Suisse. The sales process was carried out by SPGI Geneva. (ah)
