Hitzkirch: Alfred Müller buys plot for residential development
Alfred Müller AG has acquired around 9,000 square meters of building land on the Erne site in Hitzkirch (LU).
Around 40 residential units are to be built on the former Erne plant cultivation site near Lake Baldegg. A mix of terraced single-family houses and condominiums is planned. Alfred Müller prevailed in a bidding process for the site. Thanks to the approved design plan with detailed guideline project, there is a "very good planning basis for the site and further development," the company says. (aw)
