Winterthur: Sulzer remains tenant in the Wintower
The Sulzer industrial group will keep its headquarters in Winterthur, but the conditions have been renegotiated.
The international industrial group Sulzer has its headquarters in the Wintower in Winterthur and occupies almost 8,200 sqm of space there on a total of twelve floors. According to SPGI Zurich, Sulzer wanted to conduct a location analysis of the rental space and commissioned the real estate service provider with a stay-vs-move analysis and the search for alternative space.
Sulzer had decided to stay at the existing site. SPGI Zurich then took over the negotiations with the landlord. A "long-term new lease with significantly better conditions" was negotiated, the real estate service provider said. Details were not disclosed. (ah)
