Alfred Müller AG starts construction work in Burgdorf
Alfred Müller AG is constructing two new residential buildings and a commercial building right next to Burgdorf railroad station. The start of construction took place on January 16.
The location of the new building is the former site of the Aebi agricultural machinery factory right next to Burgdorf train station (BE). A new quarter with apartments, services and commerce is being built here. The former Aebi factory buildings will be replaced by new buildings in the future.
Alfred Müller is building 44 rental apartments and 36 condominiums in two residential buildings of the Aebiguet project. The offer is completed by six residential studios in condominium ownership as well as seven service areas with a total of 830 sqm. Approximately 5,100 square meters of commercial space will be created in the neighboring Perron Süd commercial building. (aw)
