City Pop, operator of furnished small apartments, leases a finger wing in Konnex Baden. SPGI Zurich acted as agent.
SPGI Zurich reports a leasing success at Konnex Baden: City Pop AG will operate a total of 119 serviced apartments on approximately 4,000 sqm, the real estate services provider said.
City Pop operates six locations in Switzerland and one in Germany. With Konnex in Baden, an eighth is now being added.
Konnex, a property in Baden-Nord, is located on the original site of the Brown, Boveri & Cie. (later ABB) and has been awarded several architectural prizes. Currently the 42,000 sqm The large property is being completely renovated; the move-in date is scheduled for spring 2023. (ah)
