Flawil: Topping-out ceremony for retail center of SF Retail Properties Fund
The SF Retail Properties Fund has owned the new construction project "Wisental-Park" in Flawil since July last year. Total contractor Forol AG has completed the first stage there.
The topping-out ceremony for the retail park took place at the end of January, on schedule, according to SF Retail Properties Fund. After the planned completion in late fall, Aldi Switzerland will open a branch in the property. Residents will then be able to move into the 18 rental apartments from spring 2024. These will have 2.5 rooms. An underground garage with 68 parking spaces is also being built as part of the project. (aw)
