Cressier: Set-up for Le Clos des Argilles Est
A residential development with 40 apartments is being built in Cressier; the developer is Nest Sammelstiftung.
In the municipality of Cressier (NE) at the southern foot of the Jura, the topping-out ceremony was held for the Le Clos des Argilles development. A total of 40 apartments with underground garages are being built in three buildings. The units will be ready for occupancy at the beginning of 2024.
The topping-out ceremony for Le Clos des Argiles Est was celebrated at the end of January. HRS Real Estate is responsible for development and realization, and Nest Sammelstiftung is the building owner. A third building is under construction in the west, where luxury condominiums are being built. (ah)
