Neuchâtel: New apartments for the West
Banque Bonhôte will build four residential buildings on a site in the western part of the city of Neuchâtel.
A 17,500-square-meter plot next to the Beauregard cemetery, owned by Banque Bonhôte since 2016, is to be developed with around 180 apartments by 2026. The site is currently home to a manor house, which will be preserved as part of the real estate project's realization. Construction work on the four residential buildings is scheduled to begin this year, and the architectural design, which comes from the Freiburg-based firm LVPH and is named Robin Hood, has just been refined.
The architects plan to build four buildings of different depths, divided into two pairs. The height of the buildings will be between three and six floors. Two underground garages complete the project. Around the future buildings there will be a pedestrian and bicycle passage. (bw)
