The transaction involves the four buildings of the Nova Hof stage, namely buildings B5, B6 and B7 with a total of 130 apartments, as well as the former cement silo, which will become commercial space. This is not Credit Suisse's first deal on the site. Previously, a real estate fund of the bank had acquired apartments of the overall project also known as Brunnen Nord (IB reported).

The designs for the buildings now being sold are by Pfister Klingenfuss Architekten AG. The apartments have 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, and clinker facades incorporate elements of the industrial architecture on the site.

In Ingenbohl-Brunnen (SZ), HRS is developing a former Holcim site with a land area of 52,000 sqm. The total cost is stated at CHF 305 million. (aw)
