Dietikon: SF Commercial Properties leases 724 sqm in Plaza
The drone specialist Xer Technologies has taken a lease in the Plaza office property in Dietikon.
The tech company, which has offices in Singapore and Helsingborg, Sweden, has signed a lease for 724 sqm with an option for an additional 150 sqm. The term is five years.
The lease was brokered by H&B Real Estate AG. The owner of the property is SF Commercial Properties Fund, a fund set up by Swiss Finance & Property Group. (aw)
