According to the construction group, the site acquired by Implenia's Real Estate Division is located in the immediate vicinity of Nyon station. Implenia is pleased to be working with the municipality of Nyon to develop the design plan for the northern area of the station. The focus is on a residential development that meets the highest sustainability standards. The construction group did not initially provide any further details, such as the scope of the project or the timetable.
Implenia has completed a number of transactions in the Lake Geneva region over the past two years. On behalf of Implenia's pension fund, the division completed a land consolidation at Morges station in 2022, enabling a major project development. In addition, it purchased land in Pully in the Lausanne region for its own portfolio in order to develop a residential superstructure. (ah)
