Bussigny: UBS residential project is fully let
The apartments of a new UBS Direct Residential development in Bussigny will be ready for occupancy at the beginning of May. As the fund reports, all units are already rented.
At the end of 2020, the UBS Direct Residential real estate fund acquired a new residential construction project with two apartment buildings and a total of 42 residential units in Bussigny (VD).
Now the fund informs that the properties certified with the Minergie Eco label will be completed this spring as planned. The new tenants are scheduled to move in at the beginning of May. Both properties are already fully leased, the fund says. (ah)
