Muri bei Bern: Laying of the foundation stone for residential project
A development with four apartment buildings is being built on Haldenweg in Muri near Bern. The foundation stone will be laid in a few days.
Alta Vista AG is building a small residential project at Haldenweg 2+4: Four residential buildings with a total of twelve condominiums are being built. According to the project description, the buildings will each comprise two 4.5-room apartments and one attic apartment with 3.5 rooms. Purchase prices range from CHF 1.9 million for a unit of just under 100 square meters to CHF 2.3 million for an apartment of more than 150 square meters. Thanks to the hillside location, the wounungs offer a distant view over the Aare Valley from the Alps to the direction of Bern and the Jura.
The first apartments will be ready for occupancy toward the end of this year, according to Thomasgraf, the broker. The last building is expected to be ready next summer, he said. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for April 26. (ah)
