Sursee: Residential construction on the Hofstetterfeld site

Alfred Müller AG took part in the bidding process for the site near the city center and the lake and was awarded the contract at the end of November 2022. In the run-up to the land acquisition, the company had commissioned a feasibility study; the plan is to build around 280 rental and owner-occupied apartments on the site.

Christoph Müller, Chairman of the Board of Alfred Müller AG and developer of the future project, speaks of a "success in stages": "There is still a long way to go before realization, and a lot of planning work is needed in coordination and cooperation with the city of Sursee".

According to Simone Findeis, Chairwoman of the Management Board of Alfred Müller AG, the "comprehensive infrastructure" available in the city and the very good connections to private and public transport speak in favor of Sursee as the location for the future large-scale project: "This, together with the location in the beautiful countryside on Lake Sempach, makes Sursee an attractive place to live."
