Opfikon-Glattbrugg: Immofonds plans site development
Immofonds and two private landowners want to jointly develop their properties at the Glatthof intersection. The design plan envisages a variety of uses.
The area around the Glatthof traffic circle in Opfikon-Glattbrugg is to be upgraded. To this end, three landowners, including Immofonds, are planning a joint site development - on a total of seven parcels with an area of 4,500 square meters.
A private design plan, according to which various plots of land can be defined and planned as a joint development, is currently open to the public. According to the landowners, it should enable "a well-integrated urban center with attractive areas for shopping, work, services, living and outdoor recreation.
It is planned that the design plan will be approved in September 2024. After that, an architectural competition is to be held. (ah)
