Decathlon rents 3,800 sqm in the "Cristal" in Martigny
The UBS fund Sima has announced a major letting in the "Cristal" shopping center in Martigny (VS). Decathlon is renting 3,800 square meters of space there.
The new store of the French sporting goods chain is scheduled to open in the 4th quarter. Decathlon will then act as the anchor tenant of the center alongside Coop and complement the existing range with stores from the fashion, technology, gastronomy and health sectors.
The Cristal shopping center was completed in 2011 and comprises 25 stores with a sales area of 13,000 m². The center is managed by Centerio AG. (aw)
