The City of Zurich is planning to acquire several apartment buildings in Zurich Affoltern. The purchase price amounts to CHF 63.082 million, according to the city. According to the city, the current stock of 50 apartments does not fully utilize the potential of the properties.

The apartment buildings are located between Zehntenhausplatz and the Kügeliloo school in a quiet residential area with good public transport links. There are recreational areas such as the Hürstwald and Käferberg nearby. The buildings date back to 1955/1956 and 1969 and are in excellent condition, according to the city. No major maintenance work is therefore required. (ah)
