St. Gallen: Fortimo project in the Riethüsli quarter is completed
The Wattweg.ch development consists of four apartment buildings with 41 condominiums.
Fortimo Invest has completed the condominiums in the Wattweg.ch project after a good two years of construction. The 41 units are spread across four buildings. According to Fortimo, all apartments were already sold before construction was completed.
Fortimo also reports that the construction work went according to plan despite the technically difficult hillside location in the Riethüsli district. Delays in the delivery of building materials were largely avoided. (ah)
