Dominicé Swiss Property Fund builds in Lausanne
The Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF) has started work on the new construction project at Rue de la Borde 17 and 17b in Lausanne. The new residential building will have 29 high-quality apartments on an area of 1.1.26 sqm.
The building will comprise studios and apartments with up to 2.5 rooms. A retail space of 204 sqm will be created on the first floor.
The new building is to be awarded the Minergie label. A photovoltaic system with a capacity of 25 kW is planned for the roof. The new tenants should be able to move in by the end of 2024. The fund management company estimates the investment at CHF 8 million, with an expected annual rent of CHF 509,880. (aw)
