Renens (VD): UBS fund "Swissreal" rents office space
In Renens (VD), the Swissreal fund has let 800 square meters of office space in an office and commercial building.
The UBS Swissreal fund has announced a re-letting at Rue de Caudray 2-8 in Renens (VD). An office space of 800 sqm has been let to Etavis, which specializes in electrical installations and building infrastructure. The move will take place this summer. The office and commercial building is located within walking distance of Renens railroad station and accommodates various office tenants as well as two retail spaces and a restaurant.
The UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Commercial "Swissreal" is mainly invested in commercial buildings and commercial properties throughout Switzerland. (aw)
