Regensdorf: Zwhatt Pensimo project makes progress
The shell of the first building in the new urban quarter near Regensdorf station is complete.
Work is progressing on the 36,000 square meter Zwhatt site at Regensdorf railroad station. Pensimo Management is constructing various new buildings for the Turidomus, Pensimo and Adimora investment foundations, including two 75-meter-high high-rises and a commercial building.
According to Pensimo, the first residential building ready for occupancy will be the so-called Längsbau, which is being realized for Adimora. The eight-storey building comprises 31 maisonette lofts with areas between 40 sqm and 93 sqm. The units are due to be handed over in the second quarter of 2024.
Meanwhile, work is also underway on the H1 high-rise and the commercial building. H1, with 156 apartments, should be ready for occupation in mid-2025 and belongs to the Pensimo investment foundation. The commercial building, which is being built for the Tuidomus investment foundation, is expected to be ready for occupation in the middle of next year. Underground work is underway on high-rise G with 165 apartments and the transverse building with 62 apartments, both of which belong to the Turldomus investment foundation. (ah)
