Aubonne: Demimo project completed
Losinger Marazzi has realized a mixed-use property with residential and commercial space as well as a gym and physiotherapy center in Aubonne in the canton of Vaud on behalf of a private investor.
Losinger Marazzi has announced the completion of the Demimo project after a 16-month construction period. A multifunctional building has now been realized for an investor with whom the construction company claims to have already implemented the "La Côte International School" in Aubonne and the "Collège Alpin Beau Soleil" in Villars-sur-Ollon (VD).
The property comprises a total of 4,000 sqm spread over five levels. It consists of six rental apartments, 600 sqm of office and commercial space, a car parking area, a fitness studio and a physiotherapy center with a therapy pool. The building will be called "Arctium" in future. (ah)
