Zurich: Investment Foundation 1291 creates residential project on the Waechter site
The investment foundation's construction project on the Waechter site in Seefeld consists of a new building and the conversion of an existing building.
1291 The Swiss Investment Foundation is building a residential and commercial property at the intersection of Bellerivestrasse and Feldeggstrasse in Zurich's Seefeld district, where Karl Waechter AG used to operate. According to the investment foundation, the project - a new building and the conversion of an existing building - will comprise 40 residential units and three commercial units. There will also be 13 parking spaces and six outdoor parking spaces.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the project will be held in September and the apartments and commercial space should be ready for occupation in the third quarter of 2025. (ah)
