Lugano: Start of construction for The Flag senior residence
In Massagno near Lugano, Implenia is constructing a building with 42 apartments for senior citizens for the German serviced apartments specialist The Flag.
The German company The Flag has laid the foundation stone for a senior living project in the district of Lugano. The specialist for senior and student apartments is constructing a six-storey building with 42 barrier-free apartments on a 2,200 m² plot in Massagno. The project, which also includes an underground garage with 18 parking spaces and service areas on the first floor, is being carried out by Implenia as general contractor. The architecture was designed by Renzetti & Partners from Lugano. Construction work is expected to be completed in fall 2024. (aw)
