Geneva: Flowbank becomes tenant in Alto Pont-Rouge
The digital bank will move into the ninth floor of the new building next year with 130 employees.

The Alto Pont-Rouge service property, one of Swiss Prime Site's largest development projects, is filling up: as has now been announced, Flowbank has rented almost 1,900 square meters of space on the ninth floor of the building. The digital bank, which was founded in 2020, will move in with 130 employees in January 2024.
Caroline Puder-Lévy, Chief Marketing Officer at Flowbank, says the move was necessary due to the bank's rapid growth. The aim was to bring all employees together in one location. The location was chosen because of its good public transport connections.
Alto Pont-Rouge comprises 30,000 square meters of space; the anchor tenants are CMS and Westhive as well as an as yet unnamed international service company, which occupies 6,700 square meters. The property is located directly at the Lancy-Pont-Rouge train station in Geneva. Pont-Rouge is the first major construction phase of Geneva's Praille-Acacias-Vernets (PAV) development area, where a new district is being created on 230 hectares of land. (ah)
