Aarau: Ideal cinema makes way for new replacement building

Senda Immobilien AG intends to replace its property at Kasinostrasse 13 in Aarau, where the Ideal cinema is currently located, with a new building. As can be seen from the project description, 31 compact rental apartments (1 to 3 rooms) with an average living space of 55 square meters are planned on the upper floors. On the first floor and first basement floor, a total of 270 square meters of retail space, 53 square meters of catering space and a total of 240 square meters of office space are planned.

The client is aiming for car-free use, as the plot is centrally located in the city and close to the train station and therefore assumes that there will be little demand for parking spaces. According to the planning application, the construction costs are around CHF 9.8 million. (ah)
