The takeaway service Eat.ch GmbH has leased 1,300 sqm in Zurich's city center and was advised by JLL.
Eat.ch GmbH, the operator of the Just-eat.ch platform, has rented office space in Zurich city center. The online food delivery service occupies 1,300 square meters in the property at Manessestrasse 85. JLL Switzerland stated that it exclusively represented the tenant in the transaction. According to Swiss Prime Site's latest annual report, the property comprises 8,270 square meters of usable space. (aw)
