Zurich: H&M comes to Bahnhofstrasse with "& Other Stories"

H&M is coming to Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse with its premium brand "& Other Stories". According to a media report, the chain's first Swiss branch is moving to Bahnhofstrasse 77. As the Tages-Anzeiger newspaper writes, the trendy brand's store will open in September. According to the broker Partner Real Estate, the commercial building comprises 810 square meters of retail space and 920 square meters of office space. H&M has submitted a planning application for the tenant fit-out on the ground floor, first floor and basement.
The H&M label Arket has rented space in the neighboring "Brannhof" property at numbers 75 and 79, which belongs to Swiss Life. Both Bahnhofstrasse 77 and "Brannhof" were used by the Manor department store chain until a few years ago. (aw)
