HRS develops 590 apartments near Lausanne
HRS is building six residential buildings for the CPEV pension fund in Chavannes-près-Renens (VD).
HRS is developing six buildings with 590 rental apartments in the east of Chavannes-près-Renens. The "Podium" project is due to be completed in 2027, the company writes in a press release. The buildings, which are to be awarded the Minergie-P-ECO label, are being designed by the architectural firm Bonnard Woeffray and Kunik from Morsier.
The plot measures 25,000 square meters. Of the planned residential units, 120 are to be built in accordance with cantonal regulations on affordable rents. The client is the Pension Fund of the Canton of Vaud (CPEV). (aw)
