The Swisscanto Investment Foundation has acquired two residential buildings in Zurich. This was announced by the consulting firm JLL Switzerland, which acted as exclusive transaction advisor to the seller. According to the information provided, the seller is an institutional investor. The two complexes with a total of 211 apartments are certified with the Minergie label.
