The foundation stone has just been laid for a development of 180 apartments in Zollikofen. This was announced by the construction company Frutiger. The client is Meili Unternehmungen AG, which is planning 180 apartments and retail space on Kreuzstrasse. GWJ Architektur from Bern is providing the plans for the project, which will be realized directly at Oberzollikofen railroad station. A high-rise building on the site was demolished in May and June.
