Basel: Pax sells building complex at the zoo
Pax Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft is selling the Am Viadukt residential complex in Basel. Smeyers Immobilien accompanied the transaction.
The historic "Am Viadukt" building complex in a prominent location near Basel Zoo is getting a new owner. Pax Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft is selling its seven properties with 43 apartments to a group of investors from Basel. The residential complex comprises a total of eight adjoining apartment buildings and a two-storey parking garage.
The new owners will hold the property in the newly founded Tiergartenrain Immobilien AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
