Hiag has acquired another user for the Reichhold Campus in Hausen/Lupfig (AG). The site developer will build an operations center for the delivery wholesaler Saviva. A corresponding development agreement has been signed, Hiag announced.

The agreement stipulates that Hiag will build the Operation Center on the 75,000 m² Reichhold Campus with a usable area of around 20,000 m². It will provide space for 260 employees and have a direct rail connection. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof, the waste heat from the cooling systems will be used and all parking spaces will be designed for electromobility, Hiag also announced.

Saviva will lease the property on a long-term basis. Once the project is completed, the company, which is active in delivery wholesale for the Swiss restaurant and hotel industry, the healthcare sector and retail, will be one of Hiag's three largest tenants, according to the company. Construction is due to start in the middle of next year.

At the beginning of the year, Hiag had already announced that the technology company Oerlikon would be the first tenant to move into the Reichold site. (ah)
